Welcome to The Circle Stays (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using The Circle Stays, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Guest – A user who books a property through our Platform.
  • Host – A user who lists a property for booking on our Platform.
  • Listing – A property listed on the Platform for short-term rental.
  • Booking – A confirmed reservation between a Guest and Host.

2. Our Role

The Circle Stays provides an online marketplace that connects Hosts and Guests. We are not a real estate broker, travel agent, or property manager. All rental agreements are directly between Hosts and Guests.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. By using our Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your login details secure.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Host Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Ensure your property complies with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain the property in safe and habitable condition.
  • Handle bookings and cancellations in accordance with our policies.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Use the property only for lawful purposes.
  • Treat the property with respect and avoid damage.
  • Comply with any house rules set by the Host.
  • Respect check-in and check-out times.

7. Bookings and Payments

  • All prices are set by the Host unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely via our approved payment gateways.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are determined by each Host and shown in the listing.
  • Guests must review the cancellation policy before booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the Host’s stated policy.

9. Liability

  • The Circle Stays is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or theft that occurs during a stay.
  • We are not liable for disputes between Hosts and Guests, but we may assist in resolution at our discretion.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information.
  • Engage in illegal activity using the Platform.
  • Circumvent our payment system.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on The Circle Stays (logos, text, design, etc.) is our property or licensed to us. You may not use it without written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
