Yes! Many of our properties offer Instant Booking, meaning you can confirm your stay immediately without waiting for host approval. Simply look for the Instant Book tag on the property listing.
We currently accept:

Go to My Account → Payment Methods, select the saved payment method you want to remove, and click Delete. You can add a new payment method anytime.
Instant Book: Confirmation within seconds.
Request to Book: Usually approved within 2–6 hours by the host.
Log in to your account, go to My Trips, select the booking, and click Cancel Booking. Refunds are processed as per the host’s cancellation policy.

Yes, many of our hosts offer airport, railway station, or bus stand pick-up and drop-off. This will be mentioned in the property listing under Amenities. You can also request it after booking.
Yes, for GST-registered listings. Enter your GSTIN and business details at checkout; the tax invoice will be emailed after payment. If a listing isn’t GST-registered, you’ll still get a standard receipt.
A government-issued photo ID is required for every adult guest. Commonly accepted: Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving Licence. (Some hosts don’t accept PAN alone.) International guests must carry Passport + valid visa. Your ID is checked by the host or property manager at arrival.
Yes—The Circle Stays is inclusive. Many listings are couple-friendly; check the House Rules and look for the “Couple-friendly” note on the property page. If a host has any restrictions (e.g., visitors, parties), they’re listed transparently.
Each listing shows its Cancellation Policy (Flexible/Moderate/Strict-style). After you cancel:
UPI/NetBanking: typically 2–4 business days
Cards: typically 3–7 business days
Wallets: usually instant–48 hours
Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
Early check-in/late checkout: Subject to availability. Message the host; a small fee may apply.
Security deposit (if any): Shown on the listing or at checkout. It’s refundable after checkout if there’s no damage or rule violation (usually processed within 3–5 business days).
